Simply add 1 soak bag into a basin/tub of hot water to decoct the herbs.

You can give the bag a gentle squeeze to move things around inside & leave the bag in the water.

Once the water is at a comfortable temperature place your feet in & allow a good 20 minutes for optimal absorption of the benefits in this herbal foot soak.

Hot/warm water can be added as you become accustomed to it.

When you are finished, pat your feet dry - please be aware getting out of the water, as it may be slippery due to the oils in the blend so have those slippers near by!

• Salts & milk dissolve in your bath water while the herbs & flowers remain inside the bag for easy clean-up.
• You can pour the used contents into your compost or flowerbed to return the beautiful ingredients back to Mother Nature.
